# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ For the Cauliflower

01 - 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

→ For the Batter

02 - 65 grams all-purpose flour
03 - 120 millilitres water
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For Air Frying and Coating

09 - Cooking spray

→ For the Buffalo Sauce

10 - 180 millilitres buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
11 - 15 grams unsalted butter, melted

# How to Prepare:

01 - Cut cauliflower into uniform, bite-sized florets to ensure even cooking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thick, yet still pourable.
03 - Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, tossing well to coat each piece fully. Shake off any excess batter before proceeding.
04 - Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
05 - Arrange battered cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook in batches if needed. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
06 - While the cauliflower cooks, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl until fully incorporated.
07 - Transfer hot, crispy cauliflower to a large bowl. Pour buffalo sauce mixture over and toss until each floret is evenly coated.
08 - Serve immediately, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauce (such as ranch or blue cheese) and fresh celery sticks.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra crispiness, air fry coated cauliflower an additional 2–3 minutes before tossing in buffalo sauce.
02 - Cut cauliflower into similar-sized pieces for consistent texture and cooking.
03 - Adjust the quantity of buffalo sauce or increase the proportion of melted butter for a milder flavour.
04 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 days; reheat in the air fryer for best results.
05 - Buffalo cauliflower serves well as an appetizer, snack, or a side, pairing beautifully with cool dips.
