Crispy air-fried pickles with a zesty dip, perfect for snacking or sharing with friends.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ For the pickles

01 - 250 g sliced pickles
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 24 g plain flour
04 - 15 ml hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
05 - 3 g fine salt
06 - 3 g ground black pepper
07 - 60 g panko breadcrumbs

→ For the dip

08 - 60 g sour cream
09 - 60 g mayonnaise
10 - 3 g fine salt
11 - 3 g ground black pepper
12 - 30 g finely minced onions
13 - 1 clove garlic, minced
14 - 1 g dried dill (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Arrange sliced pickles on several layers of paper towels, cover with additional towels, and gently press to absorb excess moisture. Allow them to air dry for several minutes.
02 - In a shallow dish, thoroughly whisk together eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
03 - Place panko breadcrumbs into a separate shallow dish.
04 - Working with one pickle slice at a time, dip first into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated, then coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs. Transfer each breaded slice to a baking sheet.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
06 - Arrange breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spacing them apart. Lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook for 5–7 minutes, then flip, spray again, and cook an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
07 - In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, minced onions, garlic, and dried dill if using. Mix well until creamy.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Be sure the pickles are thoroughly dried before breading to achieve maximum crispiness.
02 - Use parchment or a well-oiled basket to prevent sticking when air-frying.
