# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

→ Fillings

02 - 120 ml marinara or pizza sauce
03 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 20–25 slices pepperoni

→ Topping

05 - 1 egg, beaten
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
07 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set air fryer to 190°C and preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Roll out crescent or pizza dough and cut into equal squares or rectangles.
03 - On half of each dough piece, spread marinara sauce, top with mozzarella cheese, and layer with pepperoni slices.
04 - Fold over each dough piece to enclose the filling and press edges firmly using a fork to seal.
05 - Brush surface with beaten egg, then sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese if using.
06 - Arrange pockets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, allowing space between each. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
07 - Remove pockets and let cool briefly before serving. Filling will be very hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best crispiness, avoid overfilling the pockets to ensure the edges seal properly.
02 - Parchment paper in the basket simplifies cleanup but is optional.
