07 - 116 g mayonnaise (0.5 cup)
08 - 66 g Thai sweet chili sauce (0.25 cup)
09 - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Sriracha, more to taste
10 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey

→ Finishing Touches

11 - Chives, chopped for garnish

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place salmon filets skin-side down. Drizzle olive oil over all sides and gently rub to coat.
03 - In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
04 - Sprinkle the prepared spice blend evenly over each salmon filet.
05 - In a clean bowl, thoroughly mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Divide into two equal portions.
06 - Using one half of the sauce, evenly brush the mixture over the tops of the salmon filets.
07 - Place seasoned salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down, ensuring space between each piece.
08 - Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the salmon is just cooked through; begin checking for doneness after 6 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 63°C.
09 - For crispier tops, broil filets for an additional 1–2 minutes.
10 - Transfer salmon filets to plates. Drizzle with reserved sauce and garnish with chopped chives. Serve promptly.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Monitor doneness closely, as salmon can quickly overcook and become dry. Reserve half the sauce for drizzling after baking to preserve its vibrant flavor.
