Juicy chicken in a buttery honey-garlic sauce, ready in one skillet for an easy, flavorful meal any night.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 60 grams unsalted butter
04 - 10 millilitres honey
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 60 millilitres chicken broth
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a small bowl, blend the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated. Set aside.
02 - Warm olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden and the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Remove chicken and set aside.
03 - Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the base. Stir in the prepared butter mixture and cook, whisking, until smooth.
04 - Return the chicken to the skillet, turning to coat thoroughly in the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
05 - Scatter chopped parsley atop and serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream or coconut milk to the sauce.
02 - Incorporate a pinch of cayenne pepper for added heat.
03 - Pair with cauliflower rice to maintain a low-carbohydrate profile.
04 - Leftovers keep well refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
