# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Lasagna Base

01 - 340 grams lasagna noodles

→ Buffalo Chicken Mixture

02 - 875 grams rotisserie chicken, shredded
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning
04 - 680 grams cream cheese, softened
05 - 240 millilitres buffalo sauce
06 - 120 millilitres milk
07 - 200 grams cheddar cheese, grated
08 - 200 grams mozzarella cheese, grated

→ Optional Toppings

09 - Ranch dressing, to taste
10 - Green onions, thinly sliced
11 - Blue cheese crumbles

# How to Prepare:

01 - Using a stand mixer or large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until smooth.
02 - Spread a layer of the cheese mixture on the bottom of a 23x33-centimetre baking dish.
03 - Arrange a layer of lasagna noodles over the cheese mixture, then top with additional cheese mixture and a portion of shredded chicken.
04 - Continue layering cheese mixture, noodles, and chicken, ending with a generous layer of cheese mixture on top.
05 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 45 minutes.
06 - Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
07 - Let the lasagna rest for 8 to 10 minutes to set before slicing. Garnish with ranch dressing, green onions, and blue cheese crumbles as desired.
