17 - 120 milliliters heavy cream
18 - 4 tablespoons butter
19 - Salt, to taste

→ Optional Side

20 - Steamed green beans
21 - Salt, to taste
22 - Olive oil or butter, for drizzling

# How to Prepare:

01 - Place peeled, cubed potatoes in a pot of salted water and boil until fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and heavy cream until smooth. Add salt to taste and keep warm.
02 - Season both sides of salmon fillets with 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Toss shrimp with 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, then cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
04 - Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, if using. Add paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, if desired, and cook for 1 additional minute.
05 - Arrange mashed potatoes on plates. Place seared salmon and shrimp on top, then drizzle with garlic cream sauce. Serve with steamed green beans on the side for a complete meal.

# Extra Tips:

01 - A splash of fresh lemon juice over the seafood brightens flavors and balances richness.
02 - Pre-cooked shrimp can be used to save time; adjust the sauté duration accordingly.
03 - Steamed asparagus or a fresh green salad can replace green beans for an alternative side.
