01 - 900 grams ground beef
02 - 100 grams breadcrumbs
03 - 60 millilitres ketchup, plus extra for glazing
04 - 30 millilitres mustard
05 - 15 millilitres Worcestershire sauce
06 - 75 grams finely chopped onion
07 - 2 large eggs, beaten
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

09 - 115 grams shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, eggs, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
03 - Press half of the meat mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the first meat layer.
05 - Cover with the remaining meat mixture, pressing gently and sealing the edges to enclose the filling.
06 - Brush the top with additional ketchup. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C.
07 - Allow the meatloaf to rest in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
