# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Filling

01 - 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
02 - 60 g sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided

→ Apples

05 - 4 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), washed and cored
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

→ Topping

07 - 60 g graham cracker crumbs
08 - 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter, melted

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Core the apples without piercing the bottom, creating a cavity for the filling. Arrange them upright in a baking dish.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Beat until smooth and creamy.
04 - Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cavities of each apple, pressing gently to ensure firm filling.
05 - Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
06 - Sprinkle and gently press the graham cracker mixture over the cheesecake filling of each apple.
07 - Drizzle apples with lemon juice to enhance flavour and inhibit browning.
08 - Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until apples are fork-tender and filling is set.
09 - Allow apples to cool slightly before serving for best texture.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Serve warm with ice cream or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
