Preheat oven to 190°C and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended and smooth.

Open crescent roll dough and unroll onto a clean work surface. Separate into individual triangles.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll up gently toward the pointed end, tucking in sides to encase filling.

Set filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet with the tip facing downward. Repeat until all dough and filling are used.

Place baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until rolls become golden brown and puffed.

Remove from oven and let rest a few minutes before serving, allowing filling to set.
