# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C and lightly grease a 22 × 33 cm baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat from the pan.
03 - Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
04 - In the prepared baking dish, combine uncooked macaroni, beef mixture, sour cream, and water or beef broth. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
