# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Main Components

01 - 680 grams ground chuck
02 - 45 milliliters sour cream
03 - 15 grams ranch dressing seasoning mix
04 - 45 grams cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 110 grams shredded cheddar cheese

→ Burger Assembly

06 - 6 hamburger buns
07 - Lettuce leaves
08 - Sliced tomato
09 - Prepared mustard
10 - Mayonnaise

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Mix just until the ingredients are homogeneously distributed to preserve tenderness.
02 - Divide the mixture evenly to form 6 patties of uniform size and thickness. Use cold, damp hands to prevent sticking. Press a shallow dimple into the center of each patty to encourage even cooking.
03 - Preheat grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium heat. Place patties on the heated surface and cook to preferred doneness: approximately 130-135°C for medium-rare, 140-145°C for medium, or 160°C for well done. Flip once with care; do not press the patties. Allow to rest 2-3 minutes after cooking.
04 - Serve patties on toasted hamburger buns and garnish with lettuce, tomato slices, mustard, and mayonnaise. Additional toppings such as pickles or onions may be included to preference.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Avoid overmixing the meat to sustain juiciness.
02 - Chill hands under cold water before shaping patties for easier handling.
03 - Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness.
