09 - 150 grams feta cheese, crumbled
10 - 120 grams Greek yogurt
11 - 30 millilitres fresh lemon juice
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - 30–45 millilitres olive oil
14 - Salt, to taste
15 - Black pepper, to taste

16 - 340 grams cooked rice or quinoa
17 - 150 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
18 - 130 grams cucumber, diced
19 - 40 grams red onion, thinly sliced
20 - 15 grams fresh parsley or dill, chopped
21 - 40 grams Kalamata olives (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Combine cubed chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and sauté for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
02 - In a food processor or blender, combine crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Blend until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with a tablespoon of water or additional olive oil if needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Distribute cooked rice or quinoa among serving bowls. Arrange the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, parsley, and olives evenly over the grains.
04 - Generously drizzle bowls with feta sauce. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley or dill for brightness. Serve immediately.
