14 - 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
15 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set the oven to 220°C.
02 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Rub the seasoned oil mixture evenly over the entire surface of the cleaned chicken.
04 - Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for approximately 75 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 75°C is reached. Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
05 - While the chicken roasts, toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
06 - Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast during the final 30–35 minutes of the chicken’s cooking time until golden and crisp.
07 - Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to coat.
08 - Carve the roasted chicken, serving it alongside roasted potatoes and fresh salad. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
