Fiery Chicken Creamy Garlic Ramen (Print-Friendly Version)

Spiced chicken, rich garlic cream and ramen meet for an irresistible blend of heat and comfort in every bite.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika
03 - 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
04 - 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil

→ Ramen & Creamy Garlic Sauce

08 - 2 packs ramen noodles, seasoning discarded
09 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
10 - 240 millilitres chicken broth
11 - 120 millilitres heavy cream
12 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
13 - 2 green onions, chopped

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs with paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, and black pepper. Allow the chicken to marinate for 15 minutes to enhance the flavour profile.
02 - Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken thighs and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until deeply golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and allow to rest briefly before slicing.
03 - Reduce skillet heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Deglaze with chicken broth and soy sauce, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for 5 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
04 - While sauce simmers, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions in boiling water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
05 - Divide cooked noodles among serving bowls. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over noodles, then arrange sliced chicken on top.
06 - Scatter chopped green onions over each bowl. Serve immediately for optimal texture and heat.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Adjust cayenne pepper to personalise the heat level. For an extra creamy texture, add an additional splash of heavy cream. For variation, substitute chicken thighs with shrimp or tofu. Enhance with toppings such as soft-boiled egg, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of chilli oil.
