Toasty tortillas surround runny egg, cheese, and creamy avocado for a quick, satisfying meal any time.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Quesadilla Components

01 - 2 flour tortillas
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 120 grams shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
04 - 1 avocado, sliced
05 - 15 millilitres butter (for frying)
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add half of the butter. Crack one egg into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the egg white is set and the yolk remains runny. Remove the cooked egg to a plate and repeat with the second egg.
02 - In the same skillet, place one flour tortilla. Evenly sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the tortilla surface.
03 - Arrange the fried eggs on top of the melted cheese and add the avocado slices over the eggs.
04 - Distribute the remaining cheese over the avocado, then top with the second tortilla to encase the filling.
05 - Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and crisp, and the cheese has fully melted.
06 - Remove the quesadilla from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve immediately while hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Enhance the quesadilla with optional toppings such as salsa, sour cream, or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
