08 - 340 g rigatoni pasta
09 - 200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - 80 g Parmesan cheese, grated
11 - 360 ml heavy cream
12 - 15 ml unsalted butter
13 - 5 g garlic powder
14 - Salt, to taste
15 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak tips, season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and sear for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned on all surfaces.
03 - Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well, coating steak tips in garlic butter. Remove from heat and keep warm.
