Grilled chicken bursting with garlic, Parmesan, and fresh herbs.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ For the Marinade

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
03 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ For the Chicken

10 - 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
11 - Extra grated Parmesan for topping (optional)
12 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, seasonings, and Parmesan. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for optimal flavor.
02 - Heat the grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
03 - Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and juices run clear.
04 - In the last 1 to 2 minutes of grilling, sprinkle more Parmesan over the top and allow it to melt slightly.
05 - Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Great paired with grilled vegetables, pasta, or served over a fresh salad.
02 - For indoor cooking, use a skillet or bake the chicken at 200°C (400°F) for 20 to 25 minutes.
03 - Use chicken thighs for a juicier texture or chicken breasts for a leaner option.
