01 - 450 g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Dairy and Cheese

02 - 45 ml unsalted butter
03 - 240 ml heavy cream
04 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Aromatics

06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Baking and Garnish

07 - 30 g panko breadcrumbs
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic.
03 - Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, shredded mozzarella, half of the grated Parmesan, and the cooked shrimp. Stir until well mixed.
05 - Lightly grease a 23 x 23 cm baking dish and transfer the shrimp mixture to the dish, spreading it evenly.
06 - In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp mixture.
07 - Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dish is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
08 - Allow gratin to rest briefly out of the oven before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley and serving hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a lighter texture, substitute a portion of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
02 - Shrimp gratin is best served immediately to preserve its creamy consistency and crisp topping.
