Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic.

Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, shredded mozzarella, half of the grated Parmesan, and the cooked shrimp. Stir until well mixed.

Lightly grease a 23 x 23 cm baking dish and transfer the shrimp mixture to the dish, spreading it evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp mixture.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dish is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

Allow gratin to rest briefly out of the oven before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley and serving hot.
