→ For Serving

11 - Tzatziki sauce (halved portion)
12 - Tomato cucumber feta salad
13 - Cooked rice

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey, minced garlic, and grated or finely chopped red onion. Add the egg, breadcrumbs or almond flour, chopped dill, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly just until all components are evenly incorporated, using your hands for best results.
02 - Portion the mixture and shape into 14 uniform meatballs, rolling each between your palms for a compact texture.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, arrange meatballs in a single layer and cook for 7–8 minutes, rotating frequently to achieve even browning and ensuring all sides are golden. Verify doneness with an internal temperature of 74°C.
04 - While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce in a separate bowl according to preference, using a halved recipe.
05 - Plate the cooked meatballs over rice, accompanied by tomato cucumber feta salad and finished with a spoonful of tzatziki.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Mix only until the meatball mixture just comes together to prevent toughness.
02 - Ensure the pan is properly preheated for optimal browning and sear.
