01 - 450 g kielbasa sausage, sliced
02 - 450 g cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen

# How to Prepare:

01 - Ignite grill and preheat to medium-high for approximately 5 minutes.
02 - Simultaneously bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions, typically 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and reserve.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine diced bell peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until vegetables are evenly coated.
04 - Place sliced kielbasa directly onto the preheated grill. Sear for 3 to 4 minutes until browned and edges are crisp.
05 - Move kielbasa to one side of the grill. Add seasoned vegetables to the other side and grill 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.
06 - Add drained tortellini to the grill. Toss gently with kielbasa and vegetables until well-mixed and thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 minutes.
07 - Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper as required.
08 - Remove from grill, transfer to serving platters, and garnish generously with fresh parsley. Optionally, top with grated Parmesan cheese.
