Simultaneously bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions, typically 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and reserve.

In a mixing bowl, combine diced bell peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until vegetables are evenly coated.

Place sliced kielbasa directly onto the preheated grill. Sear for 3 to 4 minutes until browned and edges are crisp.

Move kielbasa to one side of the grill. Add seasoned vegetables to the other side and grill 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.

Add drained tortellini to the grill. Toss gently with kielbasa and vegetables until well-mixed and thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper as required.
