01 - 480 g cooked white rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice

02 - 450 g lean ground turkey
03 - 15 ml olive oil
04 - 5 g chili powder
05 - 5 g ground cumin
06 - 2.5 g smoked paprika
07 - 2.5 g garlic powder
08 - 2.5 g onion powder
09 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - 30–45 ml water

11 - 130 g chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
12 - 165 g corn, fresh, grilled, or thawed from frozen
13 - 1 medium avocado, sliced or 120 g guacamole
14 - 120 ml salsa
15 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
16 - Lime wedges

17 - 170 g black beans, rinsed and drained
18 - 80 g light Greek yogurt

# How to Prepare:

01 - Cook rice of choice according to package instructions, substituting chicken or vegetable broth for added flavor if desired. For a lighter option, prepare cauliflower rice.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart until browned throughout.
03 - Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add 2–3 tablespoons water, lower the heat, and simmer 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally for full flavor development.
04 - In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm corn. If using black beans, heat together with the corn and season lightly with salt.
05 - Place a base of rice and lettuce into serving bowls. Layer on seasoned turkey, warmed corn, and any optional black beans. Finish with avocado or guacamole, salsa, Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges to taste.
