01 - 1 batch pizza dough, prepared

02 - 2 teaspoons olive oil
03 - Additional flour, for dusting

04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided
07 - 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
08 - 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 25 grams shredded Parmesan cheese

# How to Prepare:

01 - Position oven rack at lowest level and preheat oven to 260°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil, distributing evenly.
02 - Dust a surface with flour and roll pizza dough into a 36 x 25 cm rectangle. Adjust shape with hands as needed.
03 - Carefully transfer dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently reshape to maintain a 36 x 25 cm rectangle.
04 - Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Evenly spread mixture over dough. Sprinkle with 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning and salt, then add mozzarella and Parmesan. Finish with the remaining Italian seasoning.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
06 - Use a pizza cutter to slice into 18 uniform breadsticks. Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
