# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a mini muffin tin or prepare silicone molds.
02 - Whisk together cornmeal, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, vegetable oil, and egg until well blended.
