02 - 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar

07 - 1 (454 g) package organic farfalle pasta
08 - 2 tablespoons organic olive oil
09 - 2 cloves organic garlic, crushed
10 - 1/2 cup (about 75 g) organic red onion, chopped
11 - 1 pound (450 g) organic boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
12 - 1 organic red bell pepper, sliced
13 - 1 organic yellow bell pepper, sliced
14 - 1 small zucchini, sliced

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper until well emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add farfalle and cook for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Add crushed garlic and chopped red onion, and sauté for 2 minutes until aromatic. Stir in chicken pieces, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and zucchini.
04 - Cook the chicken and vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 74°C. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
05 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked farfalle pasta and chicken-vegetable mixture. Drizzle with prepared dressing and toss to coat thoroughly. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Serve immediately, garnished as desired.
