01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Coating and Topping

02 - 240 grams mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
03 - 100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated, divided
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

07 - 180 millilitres buttermilk

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally. Place between sheets of parchment paper and flatten to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
03 - For extra tenderness, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
04 - Arrange flattened chicken pieces in a single layer in a baking dish.
05 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, 50 grams of Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
06 - Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken piece.
07 - Sprinkle the remaining 50 grams of Parmesan cheese evenly over the coated chicken.
08 - Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbling, and the chicken is cooked through.
