01 - 1.4 kg boneless chicken breasts, excess fat trimmed

02 - 240 ml sour cream
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
06 - 150 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - Lightly spray a 23x33 cm baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 100 grams of Parmesan cheese, mixing until well blended.
04 - Place chicken breasts in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
05 - Evenly cover chicken with the sour cream mixture, then sprinkle the remaining 50 grams of Parmesan cheese on top.
06 - Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
07 - Switch oven to broil and broil the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
08 - Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
