Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 individual triangles.

Place 4 slices pepperoni and half a mozzarella stick on the wide end of each dough triangle.

Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking in sides to enclose cheese.

Arrange rolls on prepared sheet and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
