03 - 240 ml orange juice

08 - 225 g butter, softened
09 - 480 g powdered sugar
10 - 30 ml heavy cream
11 - 30 ml orange extract (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and flour two 20 cm round cake pans.
02 - In a large bowl, combine vanilla cake mix and orange gelatin mix.
03 - Add orange juice, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Beat until the batter is smooth and evenly blended.
04 - Evenly divide the batter between prepared pans. Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
05 - In a bowl, beat softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar. Mix in heavy cream and orange extract if desired, continuing to beat until smooth and spreadable.
06 - Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread frosting over the surface. Position the second layer on top and coat the entire cake with remaining frosting.
07 - Slice with a sharp knife and serve immediately.
