Golden breadsticks filled with steak, peppers, onions, and gooey cheese. A delicious snack inspired by Philly flavors.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Filling

01 - 225g thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
02 - 80g sliced onions
03 - 80g sliced green bell peppers
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Dough and Assembly

07 - 450g pizza dough
08 - 100g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Finishing

09 - 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
10 - 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
11 - Marinara or cheese sauce, for dipping (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced steak until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened, 3–5 minutes more. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let filling cool slightly.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 0.5 cm thick. Cut into 6–8 even strips based on the desired breadstick size.
04 - Spoon a generous line of steak-pepper filling and mozzarella cheese along the center of each strip. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly, forming a log shape.
05 - Place the filled breadsticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley if using. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with marinara or cheese sauce for dipping, if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Customize the filling by adding sautéed mushrooms or hot peppers for more depth of flavor.
02 - Ensure the edges are well sealed to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
