01 - 400 g chicken or turkey sausage, sliced into 1.25 cm rounds
02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1.25 cm cubes
03 - 300 g broccoli, cut into 1.25 cm florets

→ Honey Garlic Sauce

04 - 15 g unsalted butter
05 - 4 medium garlic cloves, minced
06 - 60 ml honey
07 - 60 ml low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 15 ml apple cider vinegar
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Place sausage slices, sweet potato cubes, and broccoli florets evenly on a large sheet pan.
03 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until aromatic.
04 - Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the butter and garlic. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.
05 - Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce evenly over the sausage and vegetables. Toss thoroughly to ensure all pieces are coated.
06 - Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 25–30 minutes. Stir ingredients halfway through roasting to promote even browning. Sweet potatoes should be fork-tender and sausage cooked through.
07 - Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
