Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat.

Place sausage slices, sweet potato cubes, and broccoli florets evenly on a large sheet pan.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until aromatic.

Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the butter and garlic. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce evenly over the sausage and vegetables. Toss thoroughly to ensure all pieces are coated.

Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 25–30 minutes. Stir ingredients halfway through roasting to promote even browning. Sweet potatoes should be fork-tender and sausage cooked through.

Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
