# What You’ll Need to Make This:

03 - 10–12 shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed

# How to Prepare:

01 - Toss shrimp with seafood seasoning until evenly coated.
02 - Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and curled. Remove and set aside.
03 - Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and pork sausage, cooking until browning begins.
04 - Stir in chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Continue cooking with the meats until fully browned.
05 - Incorporate oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
06 - Sprinkle flour over the mixture and combine well. Slowly pour in the chicken broth, stirring constantly. Simmer for 5–7 minutes to thicken slightly.
07 - Fold cooked rice into the skillet mixture and let it simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
08 - Return the cooked shrimp to the pan, stirring to incorporate. Heat until everything is thoroughly warmed.
09 - Portion onto plates and serve immediately.
