Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders (Print-Friendly Version)

01 - 9 slider buns
02 - 375 grams shredded cooked chicken
03 - 120 millilitres Frank's RedHot buffalo sauce
04 - 30 millilitres ranch dressing
05 - 2.5 millilitres fine salt
06 - 1.25 millilitres ground black pepper
07 - 2.5 millilitres garlic powder
08 - 1.25 millilitres paprika
09 - 100 grams shredded cheese

→ For the garlic butter topping

10 - 30 grams unsalted butter
11 - 2.5 millilitres garlic powder
12 - 1.25 millilitres Italian seasoning

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a 23 x 23 cm baking dish or tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until fully incorporated.
03 - Place the bottom halves of the slider buns evenly in the prepared baking dish. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the buns, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Close with the top halves of the buns.
04 - Melt the butter and stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the buns with the seasoned butter using a pastry brush.
05 - Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
06 - Cut between the buns to separate, then serve hot with your choice of sides.
