# What You’ll Need to Make This:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
02 - 4 oz yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative
04 - 5 medium-sized strawberries
05 - 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - If using cream cheese, bring it to room temperature. If using coconut cream, open the can and ensure the contents are thick and creamy. Discard any cans that are hard and flaky.
02 - Remove stems from the strawberries and blend or mash them until pureed.
03 - Add the strawberry puree and all remaining ingredients to a food processor, blender, or mixing bowl. Blend or mix with a hand mixer until completely smooth.
04 - Transfer the mixture to serving dishes and refrigerate. The mousse will thicken considerably as it chills.
