02 - 45 ml brown sugar
03 - 10 ml onion powder
04 - 10 ml chili powder
05 - 15 ml smoked paprika
06 - 10 ml granulated garlic or garlic powder
07 - 5 ml dried oregano
08 - 5 ml salt
09 - 2.5 ml red pepper flakes

# How to Prepare:

01 - Combine brown sugar, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, dried oregano, salt, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Stir thoroughly to achieve a uniform blend.
02 - Place chicken thighs in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Sprinkle the rub evenly over the chicken and toss well to ensure all pieces are fully coated.
03 - Cover and refrigerate the seasoned chicken for a minimum of 4 hours or leave overnight for intensified flavour.
04 - Preheat grill to medium heat. Arrange marinated chicken thighs on the grill, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and juices run clear.
