Tender chicken, pasta, and three cheeses combine for a truly comforting and delicious meal.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 15 millilitres olive oil
03 - 5 millilitres Italian seasoning
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Pasta and Sauce

06 - 225 grams penne pasta
07 - 240 millilitres marinara sauce
08 - 240 millilitres heavy cream
09 - 60 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 60 grams shredded provolone cheese
11 - 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# How to Prepare:

01 - Season chicken breasts evenly with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and allow to rest for several minutes before slicing into thin strips.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet used for chicken, combine marinara sauce and heavy cream. Stir over low heat and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually incorporate mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring constantly until the sauce becomes smooth and cheeses have melted completely.
04 - Add the drained penne pasta into the skillet with the cheese sauce. Toss thoroughly to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
05 - Transfer the cheesy pasta to serving dishes. Arrange sliced chicken over the top and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley as desired. Serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For enhanced flavor, a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes may be added to the sauce.
02 - For a restaurant-style finish, broil the assembled pasta with extra cheese for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
