01 -
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle brine, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, pickle relish, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk until fully blended, then refrigerate until needed.
02 -
Sauté sliced onions in butter over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until deeply golden and caramelized, about 25–30 minutes. Set aside.
03 -
In the same skillet, cook ground beef with yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over medium-high heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat on paper towels.
04 -
Allow the cooked beef to cool slightly. Fold in 60 ml of prepared burger sauce, shredded cheese, and all caramelized onions. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is cohesive.
05 -
Preheat oven to 175°C. Overlap two sheets of foil and coat with nonstick spray. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on the foil. Evenly spread the beef-onion mixture over the buns. Layer with American cheese slices, then cap with top buns. Wrap tightly in foil.
06 -
Transfer the wrapped sliders onto the oven rack and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted thoroughly and the filling is heated through.
07 -
Unwrap sliders and remove the top buns. Garnish with sliced tomatoes, pickles, shredded lettuce, and extra burger sauce. Replace the top buns.
08 -
Slice the assembled sliders with a serrated knife and serve immediately while hot.
