01 - 1 wheel brie cheese (225–340 g)
02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

05 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
06 - Black pepper, to taste
07 - 1 egg, beaten
08 - Coarse sugar, for sprinkling (optional)
09 - Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place the brie wheel in the center.
