# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 190 grams all-purpose flour
02 - 100 grams granulated sugar
03 - 113 grams unsalted butter, softened
04 - 60 millilitres honey
05 - 30 grams chopped pistachios
06 - 30 grams chopped walnuts
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 0.25 teaspoon ground cardamom
09 - 0.25 teaspoon salt

→ Cream Filling and Garnishes

10 - 60 grams cream cheese, softened
11 - 30 grams powdered sugar
12 - 60 millilitres caramel sauce, for drizzling
13 - Additional chopped pistachios, for garnish
14 - Additional chopped walnuts, for garnish

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Incorporate the honey into the butter-sugar mixture and blend until smooth.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and salt.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Fold in the chopped pistachios and walnuts.
06 - Roll the dough into small balls and gently flatten each with your palm. Arrange evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
08 - Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
09 - While the cookies cool, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
10 - Spread a generous layer of cream cheese filling on the flat side of one cooled cookie and sandwich with a second cookie.
11 - Drizzle caramel sauce over each sandwich and garnish with additional chopped pistachios and walnuts.
