                02 -
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion, green bell pepper, ground beef, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened and the beef is thoroughly browned.

                03 -
While the beef mixture cooks, slice each hoagie roll in half lengthwise, or cut the baguette into four 10 cm pieces and split each piece.

                04 -
Once the beef mixture is cooked through, stir in the Worcestershire sauce. Lay half of the provolone cheese slices over the hot beef mixture, reduce heat to low, and allow the cheese to melt for about 2 minutes. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.

Distribute the beef and cheese mixture evenly among the prepared rolls using tongs.

                06 -
Top each sandwich with the remaining provolone cheese slices. Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 3–5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the rolls are lightly toasted.
