01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 340 g cheese-filled tortellini, fresh or frozen
03 - 480 ml marinara sauce
04 - 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
06 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 medium onion, chopped

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until beef is browned and cooked through.
03 - Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavor.
04 - Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
05 - Mix cooked tortellini with the beef and sauce mixture until evenly coated.
06 - Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the top.
07 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
