11 - 375 milliliters ricotta cheese

12 - 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese

# How to Prepare:

01 - Cook lasagna noodles in abundant salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
02 - In a large pan over medium heat, brown ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic until beef is cooked through and onions are translucent.
03 - Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until flavors meld.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and egg. Mix until smooth.
05 - Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange a layer of noodles over the sauce, then cover with additional meat sauce, dollops of ricotta mixture, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a scattering of Parmesan. Repeat layering process.
06 - Top with a final layer of noodles, spoon over remaining sauce, and evenly distribute the leftover mozzarella and Parmesan.
