Place chicken on the griddle and sear for 5 to 7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 74°C.

Reduce heat slightly, add minced garlic to the griddle, and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until aromatic.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over chicken and cover with a lid or aluminium foil for 2 to 3 minutes until melted.
