# How to Prepare:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, chili powder, dried oregano, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder until thoroughly combined.
02 - Pat pork chops dry with paper towel. Season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then evenly rub the spice mixture over each chop.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
04 - Place the pork chops in the hot skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until a caramelised crust forms and internal temperature reaches 63°C.
05 - Remove pork chops from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Resting the pork chops after cooking ensures moist, tender results.
02 - Always confirm internal temperature with a meat thermometer for food safety.
03 - Pair with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
