01 - 2 medium chicken breasts (approximately 450 g)
02 - 340 g penne or fusilli pasta
03 - 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced

05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Combine chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, black pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, and 60 ml chopped basil. Marinate for 30 minutes.
02 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until internal temperature reaches 74°C, approximately 5–7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
03 - Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, remaining chopped basil, 2 cloves minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
05 - Toss the cooked pasta with the tomato mixture and grilled chicken strips. Serve warm, garnished with extra fresh basil and optional Parmesan cheese.
