Combine chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, black pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, and 60 ml chopped basil. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until internal temperature reaches 74°C, approximately 5–7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.

Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, remaining chopped basil, 2 cloves minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
