On each sheet of aluminium foil, layer sliced potatoes, onions, bell pepper, and place a beef patty on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season vegetables lightly with salt and pepper.

Fold the aluminium foil into tightly sealed packets, ensuring no steam can escape.

Place the foil packets onto the grill or a baking tray and cook for 25–30 minutes until vegetables are tender and beef patties reach an internal temperature of 71°C.

Carefully open each packet, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the hot contents, and allow it to melt. Add ketchup, mustard, pickles, or any desired toppings before serving directly from the foil.
