# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or set the oven to 200°C.
02 - Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 4 evenly sized burger patties.
03 - On each sheet of aluminium foil, layer sliced potatoes, onions, bell pepper, and place a beef patty on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season vegetables lightly with salt and pepper.
04 - Fold the aluminium foil into tightly sealed packets, ensuring no steam can escape.
05 - Place the foil packets onto the grill or a baking tray and cook for 25–30 minutes until vegetables are tender and beef patties reach an internal temperature of 71°C.
06 - Carefully open each packet, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the hot contents, and allow it to melt. Add ketchup, mustard, pickles, or any desired toppings before serving directly from the foil.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure even slicing of potatoes for consistent cooking.
02 - Handle foil packs carefully after cooking to avoid steam burns.
