Butterfinger Candy Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
04 - 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
06 - Holiday sprinkles for decoration (optional).
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened.
08 - Sea salt for topping (optional).
09 - 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips.
10 - Extra Butterfinger pieces for sprinkling (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Blend softened butter and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
02 - Stir in vanilla extract until mixed in completely.
03 - On a low mixer setting, slowly add powdered sugar, scraping as needed.
04 - Fold in the graham crumbs and Butterfinger pieces until they're spread evenly.
05 - Shape the mixture into balls (about a tablespoon or so each) and arrange on a parchment-lined sheet.
06 - Pop the balls into the freezer and leave them there for 30 minutes until firm.
07 - Heat the chocolate at 50% power in the microwave in 30-second intervals, then coat the frozen balls.
08 - Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle on salt, Butterfinger bits, or sprinkles if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Stick with regular peanut butter, not the natural kind.
02 - Chocolate bark melts better than chips.
03 - You can keep them in the fridge for up to a week.
04 - A double boiler is an option instead of microwaving.
