Caramel Apple Pie Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16.3 oz can refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 8 caramel candies
03 - 1 tablespoon butter
04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
05 - 2 apples, finely chopped
06 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - Pinch of salt

→ For Topping

09 - Cinnamon sugar, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a medium cooking dish with cooking spray.
02 - In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add finely chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
03 - Remove the biscuits from the can and stretch each one slightly.
04 - Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle and top with one caramel candy. Pinch the edges together to form a sealed ball, then gently roll the ends under to shape it into a smooth ball.
05 - Place the dough balls into the greased cooking dish, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
