01 - 8 slices thick-cut bread
02 - 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and arrange bacon slices in a single layer. Bake for 15–20 minutes until crisp, then place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
02 - Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until thoroughly cooked and golden. Set aside to cool slightly, then slice into thin strips.
03 - Place 4 slices of bread on a baking tray. Evenly layer with sliced chicken, crispy bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Drizzle ranch dressing over the cheese and fillings. Place the remaining 4 bread slices on top to form sandwiches.
05 - Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over each sandwich. Bake in the preheated oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, the sandwiches are heated through, and the tops are golden.
