Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Wraps

01 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ For the Chicken Filling

03 - 2 medium chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (about 2 cups)
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Optional Toppings

10 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
11 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
12 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing or garlic aioli

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add about 1/3 cup of the cheese mixture to the skillet, spreading it into a circular shape about 15 cm in diameter. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy, and the center is fully melted. Carefully transfer the cheese wrap to a plate and let it cool for 30-60 seconds to firm up. Repeat with the remaining cheese mixture.
02 - Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the shredded chicken, smoked paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning and heated through.
03 - Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each cooled cheese wrap. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch dressing or garlic aioli, if desired. Carefully roll or fold the wraps around the filling and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use a thin spatula to lift the cheese wraps gently from the skillet to prevent tearing. Allow the cheese wraps to cool slightly before adding the filling for easier handling.
